Finishline Solutions specializes in punchout, project completion, warranty, and closeout support for commercial and residential projects. Aging punch lists, unfinished scopes, and delayed turnover items impact schedules, client relationships, and bonding capacity. Our network of solution-based professionals helps complete projects to the highest standard and get them across the finish line.
What We Do
Fine Grading — Pads and lots graded flat, tight, and ready to build on. We check it twice so it doesn't settle later.
Driveway installations — New driveways spread, graded, and rolled tight — and tired ones brought back. Millings delivered & installed, $850 per load (Pasco & Hernando).
Lot Clearing — Overgrown lot? We clear it, grade it, and leave it ready for what's next.
Drainage Correction — Water standing where it shouldn't? We regrade so it drains the way it should.
Demolition — Small structures and tear-outs, hauled off and cleaned up.
